Roles & Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for the user experience design of all client and apps.
Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Manage all forms of requirement gathering, user research and usability testing, ensuring the best methods are selected for each project and client.
Oversee and approach the creation of all wireframes, prototypes, user flow diagram and interaction designs.
Work with the in-house designers and developers to create an effective user experience.
At least 5+ years of industry experience relevant in UX Design role.
Up to date knowledge of user-centered design and best practice.
Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Sketch, Axure etc.
Extensive experience with responsive and mobile UX.
Create user stories, personas, and storyboards. Conduct usability testing.
Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experience.
Work closely with the product team to identify research questions.
Have designed user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in the past.
Lead the design process by creating sketches, wire-frame, navigation flow charts, photoshop mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Strong team and project management skills
